[Webinar] Stem Cell Therapy For Shoulder Pain

[Webinar] Stem Cell Therapy For Shoulder Pain

In this webinar hosted by Dr. Meredith Warner’s clinic, Warner Orthopedics & Wellness, Dr. Warner discussed a rather controversial topic: Stem Cell Therapy.

She went over the social view of stem cells, their built-in healing powers, and she utilizes this treatment tool at her own independent practice. In her practice, Dr. Warner only uses adult stem cells – never embryonic stem cells.

Stem Cell Therapy provides patients with a fast, effective form of treatment with virtually no recovery time needed!

Stem Cell Therapy is just one holistic method of targeting and treating pain. In her clinic, Dr. Warner uses mesenchymal stem cells from her patients’ own bone for each injection, never embryonic cells.

Dr. Warner’s appreciation for natural therapies and methods of relief is what led her to found Well Theory. Treatments like stem cell therapy harness the patients’ own healing abilities for enhanced recovery from pain, inflammation, injury, and more – putting the power of improving their well-being back in their hands.

Dr. Meredith Warner’s Anti-Inflammatory Routine

Dr. Meredith Warner's Anti-Inflammatory Routine

Hi, Dr. Meredith Warner Here -

As an orthopedic surgeon and wellness expert who often sees patients suffering from a myriad of inflammatory illnesses, I know just how important it is to have a daily anti-inflammatory routine.

While inflammation plays a vital role in your body’s initial natural healing processes, often, our lifestyles, diets, and other environmental factors can create a situation where your body produces too much inflammation.

One long-term result of chronic damaging inflammation is oxidative stress. Oxidative stress happens when the number of free radicals outnumbers the number of antioxidants produced by your body. These free radicals damage surrounding cells, which can negatively impact many of your natural bodily functions.

Free radicals can contribute to the onset of anxiety and depression, fatigue, cardiovascular disorders, and more. Many believe that oxidative stress is the true source of the effects of aging.

Oxidative stress can be exacerbated by a lack of healthy sleep, poor diet, etc. – especially the damage induced by long-term inflammatory states.

For example, as your immune system searches for invaders, it is constantly putting a strain on your cells. The byproducts (free radicals) of these attacks build up, and without enough antioxidants in your system keeping these free radicals in check, you may experience fatigue, headaches, brain fog, and a general sense of unwellness.

Even if you are not experiencing these symptoms in an obvious way, the constant damage to your body and brain is ongoing.

Therefore, reducing long-term inflammatory states that may result in free radical build-up is the best way to avoid oxidative stress. Thankfully, there are many ways you can relieve inflammation naturally, at home - and on a daily basis.

Today, I’m going to walk you through my routine to give you a guide for how you can achieve a daily anti-inflammatory practice that works for you:

Morning Routine

I always start off the day with my daily multivitamin.

My PEA Multivitamin contains clinically high doses of essential vitamins and minerals, like vitamins C, D3, Zinc, calcium and magnesium. Getting your daily values of essential vitamins is a great way to start off your anti-inflammatory routine – but I also added PEA (palmitoylethanolamide – a natural fatty acid amide) to this formulation for a powerful anti-inflammatory boost.

I also make a point to include CBD in my morning routine as well. CBD is a compound found in and extracted from the leaves, stems, and flowers of the industrial hemp plant. While it is a cousin of the cannabis, or marijuana plant, it contains little to no THC, which is the psychoactive compound that gets you “high.”

CBD is a non-psychoactive constituent of the Cannabis sativa plant and is completely legal and it is not a drug; it is an herbal remedy.

CBD is a compound known as a cannabinoid. Such compounds bind to your body’s own endocannabinoid receptors, which house and react to compounds that regulate your body’s sensation of hunger, thirst, stress levels, and more. When CBD binds to these receptors, it exerts a balancing effect.

The endocannabinoid system is also called the ‘eat, sleep, relax and forget’ system.

It’s particularly known for binding to receptors that signal for an inflammatory response – meaning that CBD stops an over-production of inflammation before it happens. This makes PEA and CBD an ideal pairing, as this combination relieves inflammation before it happens, and as it’s happening. CBD is also a more powerful antioxidant than either Vitamin C or E and therefore is a must to control oxidative stress.

I reach for my CBD Oil Tincture as the dropper allows me to fully customize my dose day-by-day according to my needs. My CBD Oil Tincture is made with simple ingredients and has a mild taste, so you can easily add it to a morning smoothie, water, or even take it under the tongue for fast absorption.

Evening Routine

I like to add an antioxidant into my evening routine, so my body can fully rest and recover as I sleep. Your body naturally removes toxins and repairs itself from the day’s stressors as you rest, so this is a great time to boost your antioxidant intake! Taking a supplement rich in antioxidants helps give your body an added boost to fight off damaging free radicals.

This is why I usually take my Tart Cherry Extract supplement in the evening. Tart cherries are highly antioxidant, and also contain melatonin to support restful sleep.

I curated the products at Well Theory to help you create a customized wellness routine – one that fits your needs, your schedule, and fits seamlessly into your life so you can easily incorporate improved well-being into your daily habits.
