Today we are making crispy charred broccoli tossed with garlic, Tahini, and lemon juice. This is a delicious lunch, dinner, or side dish and is packed with immunity-boosting and anti-inflammatory properties!

Charred Broccoli with Tahini & Garlic

Ingredients

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 11 oz Tenderstem broccoli or broccoli raab
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons Tahini
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 tbsp water
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Directions

STEP 1
Start by heating your oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
STEP 2
Cut the ends off your broccoli and add them to the pan. Cook for a few minutes on each side to allow them to char and become crispy. Remove from the heat.
STEP 3
In a separate bowl, mix together your Tahini, lemon juice, and garlic, adding a small amount of water if the mixture is too thick.

You want the consistency to be smooth, creamy, and easy to drizzle.
STEP 5
Place your charred broccoli on your serving plate and drizzle with your Tahini sauce.
