EPISODE 6:Chocolate Tofu Pudding
This plant-based tofu chocolate pudding is a great alternative to a more sugary dessert. Satisfy your sweet tooth and get an extra punch of protein in your diet with this delicious treat!
Chocolate Tofu Pudding
- 24 ounces (or 700g) of soft silken tofu
- 7 ounces (or 200g) of dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of dried chili flakes
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- A pinch of cinnamon to taste
Begin by squeezing the excess water out of your tofu and adding it into your blender.
Add your honey, vanilla, chili flakes, sea salt, and cinnamon
Blend until smooth.
Melt your dark chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave according to the packaging instructions.
Add melted chocolate into your tofu and blend again until thick and ingredients are fully incorporated.
Portion out the pudding into serving bowls and chill for 15 minutes in the refrigerator to further thicken. Enjoy!
