This chia seed pudding is packed with healthy plant-based protein! Sweetened naturally and topped with antioxidant-packed strawberries, this easy-to-make dessert won’t last long in your fridge!
Strawberries and Cream Chia Pudding
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 5-10 sliced strawberries
- 1 tsp honey
This recipe is incredibly simple. Simply mix your chia seeds, vanilla, coconut milk, and honey together in a medium sized mixing bowl.
Set aside to thicken.
Portion pudding into sealable containers.
Top with fresh sliced strawberries.
Allow pudding to thicken in the fridge for one to two hours or even overnight.
