How Exercise Can Relieve Brain Fog

When you exercise, your heart rate and blood flow increase. This allows more oxygen to be delivered to your brain cells – which keeps your brain healthy and able to create these new neurons.

“Brain fog” technically isn’t a medical condition – it’s a term that describes symptoms that negatively impact your mental clarity. It’s a state during which you may feel forgetful or disorganized.
