Warning Signs You’re Not Moving Enough: And How To Fix It

1. You're Not Getting Good Sleep

If you toss and turn at night and still wake up exhausted, looking for caffeine – you probably aren’t moving enough in your day-to-day life. 

Whenever you exercise, you wear your body out, which primes it for restful and restorative sleep. Inactivity is a well-known way to disrupt or prevent normal sleep.

A study on the relationship between sleep and exercise suggested that “sleep and exercise exert substantial positive effects on one another,” meaning that good exercise improved sleep, and good rest gave participants the ability to exercise more.
